Construction Claims Media
Our client, a large government rail infrastructure group, working in conjunction with a top tier law firm required representation of the nature of claims made against a contractor for determination by court appointed expert. Claims negotiation within construction environments notoriously require large amounts of complex supporting documentation to be presented and digested by arbitrators, mediators, claimants and respondents. We collated and combined construction schedules with plans to recreate a animated model of the construction process as it was built, as well as it was originally designed.
The media uses interactive tabs to give a site overview as well as to drill down into detailed nature of claims. Split screen layout with common timeframe between "as desgined" and "as built" shows deviation of construction process and delays.
The media was credited by the law firm as central in a successful multi million dollar settlement for the client.
